I am going hiking soon and my feet always hurt. Can I take painkillers?

As said in the question, I am going hiking soon and my feet always hurt, even with comfortable shoes! I was just wondering if I could take any painkillers and whether I should take them before or during my hiking to relieve me of the pain I know I will suffer. Also, what painkillers would work best?

Why do your feet hurt? I think you should maybe go to your doctor, and them checked out, then decide what do take for them
