i am getting sharp pains on the outside of my right breast?

it aches when i breath, i also find myself going to the toilet not long after eating greasy food most of the time and had a bit of nausea thought i was getting the flu but have a cough, but it hurts when i do cough the pains dull down sometimes then they get worse for a bit and so on
