I am getting sharp pains in my vagina...?

i am 15 and have not had a period for over 2 months, and the time before that. i hadnt had a period for over 4 months! and for the last week or so i have had really bed pains in my vagina and uterus area. sometimes they are s bad that i cant move. they come is short bursts for like 5 seconds and then go away for 20 mins or so. why am i getting them? "/
