...free but i dont have texting...? or internet. I really want to be able to text, like on the iphone you can just download a text app and text for free....if i get a phone with wifi such as the lg incite is there anyway i can text for free?

You have to have a text plan. Maybe ask your parents to add it on to your phone, and do housework to make up for the extra expense.
