I am getting a 1988 Honda VTR250 Interceptor VTR. Where can I get new valves.??

I am looking into getting a 1988 Honda VTR250 Interceptor VTR and it needs a valve job really bad because it just over heats and you can't ride it. I was just wondering where I could get the parts to do this and how hard is it to find parts for it in general?
