Telus would it work? I have been told by a girl who has a Telus prepaid cell that her phone worked, and did not charge roaming. Is this true?

If not, then what is the most inexpensive way to go about this?

What Canadian cellphone prodivers on prepaid will NOT charge you roaming fees, and still work in the United States?..

Probably not. Many canadian phones with canadian plans will not work there. Your best bet is to call Telus and ask them about it.
