I am finding this A level maths question difficult...?

...I have been ill for a week, and now I am back at school I don't understand this topic very well. Could anyone help me with this question:
Find dy/dx when y=e^4x -4x
Find the coordinates of the stationary point; what is d^2y/dx^2 at this point?
Ten points to best answer! I would be very grateful for your help.
