I am getting IVF free in Birmingham, does any one know what it entails, I have done Research on it and got information from the consulunt but I want to know from people's personal experiences and what are my chances? Do i need to prepare my self for any thing like what i eat or shouldn't eat etc. what should my weight be for IVF I am 5 foot 5 and 10 stone my gp said i have to get under but cant as my weight goes up and down all the time. I am 25 in dec this year, don't smoke, drink achole and eat health, i walk and that. i know it is a strange question but i would like advice and tips please. thanks. Have been trying for 4 years so hoping this will work.
