...PhD in physiology? I'm wondering if I can pursue a PhD in Physiology? I enjoy Molecular and Cell Biology, but I'm discovering that Physiology may be my true passion and curious if earning a Masters degree will allow me to pursue a PhD in Physiology or will I have to be limited to only Molecular and Cell Biology?

As long as you meet the requirements for the PhD program you intend on applying I do not see why not.
