I am curious to If anybody thinks that this is a Craigslist scam (I suspect so)?

I could just be being suspicious but it seems quite odd considering I am trying to sell a bicycle. Along with the other huge factor that he is out of town and wants to send me money. Somehow I think i will end up SOL what do you guys think sounds freeking weird right?

a marine engineer, i am at sea right now.I am buying this for my boss
as a surprise promise Gift so am willing to offer you the amount you
required. I can only pay through PayPal at the moment as i don't have
access to my bank account online(i don't have internet banking with
it), but i have it attached to my PayPal account, and this is why i
insisted on using PayPal to pay,all i will need is your PayPal email
address to make the payments, and if you don't have a PayPal account
yet, you can set one up at www.paypal.com it cant take you less than
3mins to do that, i will be expecting your PayPal email so l can pay .
I have a pick up agent that will come for the pick up after payments
has been sorted.

Note;this is my first time making transaction online and my mover will
not come for the pick up until you get your payment,so i would be very
glad if you can be honest with me about this transaction.God bless you

Another weird thing is that the name for his email is Jack something and his email address is Paul something that strikes me as very odd
 
Why would somebody from out of town buy a used bike for their boss.And who cant access their account on-line.I dont know how pay-pal works but they uaually want you to give them your real money while you get a bogus check or the like.People tried to scam me on craigs list so often I stopped using it.
