sauce or noodles I should make? We are also having Alfredo so should I make enough of both for 80 people?
 
No, You should make 2 dishes each for the quantity of 40 and if you want to no how much noodles and sause go to the store and lokk at a pack of noodles see how many servings there are in the box and get how every many packs of noodles that apply and do the same with the sauce

make one batch of spagetti and see how many it feeds then times it by how many packets to buy,
if alfredo is a dinner? then do the same with it
