one phone to the other? I know the obvious fix is to do it manually, but I have over 150 contacts (my cell is for work as well) Looking for an easy way to just transfer it?
 
There might be a feature on your phone to copy over all the contacts to your phone/SIM card, most phones come with that usually.

Look and see if there's something in your contact list options/settings

There's also data cables for most phones where you can plug them into your computer to make backups of SMS's and Phonebooks.
 
if you have bluetooth on bothe phone it is very easy,i had samsung messanger and swicthed to motorola razor and gat all my contacts, ringtones and wal-papers.
