I am about to purchase a road 70s touring bike. Only the frame is during 70s, and every other parts are new. Aluminum wheels, 21 speed, light weight body, new brakes of course, and the total weight is going to be about 25 to 28 lb. The frame is Japanese made. It is going cost me about $180. Is this a bad deal???
