Ok so i am buying a junk running 1986 chevy cavalier for $200. can i drive it if the tags on the plates are good for this month? i have printed out the bill of sale for the seller and I. what else to I need to do? My friend is going to put me under her insurance but i dont know how to do that. and also how do i register my car at the DMV? Does the sellers insurance cover for this month? if so can I drive it? please help. Thanks
