I feel like i have had a 2 month cold and i am worried its something other than allergies although allergies make sense! EVERY SINGLE morning i get woken up by the urge to sneeze then i wake up sneeze over and over blow my nose and this goes on for a half hour. I am always stuffed up after that then throughout the day i get the same urges but its not as bed...sometimes i feel like a colRAB coming then nothing happens. I have clear snot (sorry) sneeze over and over sometimes get a sore throat and thats it...i do have animals and have had them for years but this is something new. But its not a one off it is every single day that i get woken up with a sneezing fit...i am worried my immune system is bad or is it plain and simple allergies? i can't really take allergy meRAB cause of other meRAB i am taking although when i have they didn't do that much and i did buy an air purifier.

Well, not all allergy meRAB are made alike. Why do you think you can't take them? There are some that do not raise blood pressure, do not make you drowsy, etc.

It certainly sounRAB as if you might at least have a dust mite allergy as bed linens are covered in them. My normal first suggestion would be to try benedryl at bedtime. Out side of that, why not get tested and take the shots if it turns out to be allergies?

You might want to consider buying non allegetic pillows and bed coverings. Maybe a new mattress non-allergetic as well. The air mattresses might be the way to go and you will sleep better than on a conventional mattress.
If you have forced air heating, change the filter. Consider a room air filter as well.
Use non-allergetic no aroma laundry soap, skip the anti-static sheets or chemicals and wash your bedding in really hot water. Wash and wear temp on dryers is usually hot enough to kill anything alive after the hot water wash.
Look at this way, You wanted a new mattress, pillows and bedding anyway.
