got a call for Java.? But the thing is that I dont know Java. Should I go for it? The person is saying that if I learn Java then I will get a job in programming line. Its around 2 years I had passed MCA. Please suggest something. Should I wait in .Net or should I prepare for Java!!

Java has many similarities that .NET has. You should be fine. The language that Java uses is derived mostly from C and C++, which are both used in .NET depending on what you are doing. So go ahead. You should have been able to find a job as a .NET developer or something down that road. I'm guessing you do not have a college degree, but that is ok. Since you know ASP.NET, you should be able to pick up Java easily. All of these programming languages are built off one another in some way. Once you learn one, all the others will come easily.

To be perfectly honest, this sounds like a career choice (..duh -.- )
Career choices are one of the most important decisions in one's lifetime. erm,.. I'm ranting xD
right, back to the point.
Since you already have experience as a .Net-er, I would propose for you to wait for an opening in that line of work, rather than wasting the shear amount of time you dedicated yourself to learning .Net programming, by choosing go to with Java.
Of course I've based this on the possibility that, by the time you're ready for Java, you might have found a job for .net-ting..
At the end of the of day, it's your choice, the above is just an insight.
Hope it answers more questions than it poses. :D
