when i play basketball, i mess up and i just get so mad at myself..i want to play to my full potentional but im always negative saying "i can't do it"..if i say i can do it, does that really help? i mean, if i am negative i am expecting bad progress, if i end up doing good then its like a gift to me..should i stick with my theory or should i try and be postitive...if so, i need good advice on how to do so.
