The photography business is going to be for graduation days initially, taking portrait photographs. I would want to print the photographs on the day to a high standard.

Can you give me your suggestion for all the necessary types of equipments I need and also the best type of Printing equipment that can print different types of sizes of Photos taken and that will have both quality and speed

First, since you obviously have no idea about what equipment you need to accomplish your goal I must wonder if you're really ready to get involved in this business.

However, since you asked for help I'll suggest reading this article: "Selling Event Photography". Its in the March 2009 issue of Shutterbug Magazine or you can read it at http://www.shutterbug.com
Just type March 2009 in the Search box to pull up the Table of Contents or 'selling event photography'.

A DSLR and a good tripod should be the first items on your shopping list. I'd recommend Canon, Nikon, or Pentax (listed alphabetically, not in order of preference or quality) as they probably have the best glass available.

I'm not sure what your distance or lighting is going to be like, so I can't make a recommendation on a lens or lenses that you'll need, but I'd recommend looking at a faster lens like an f/2.8 or f/1.4.

As for printing, I'll leave that to someone else. I've had very little luck with home printers and send all of my stuff out for printing. Epson are good, but the ink will cost you a lot and often.

Ditto to the previous posters. As far as printing at events, you'll need several printers daisy chained in order to print with decent speed. We tried printing on event sites at our studio and did not like the pace. One hesitation can set you way back time wise and people do not want to wait.

Be sure to include insurance in your business plan. Cover your equipment, workers and liability.
