case I have to? do this again in the future and my computer is basically 100% crashed. Here are my obstacles and I need to know what to do.
1. My computer keeps going into standby after 5 minutes. I went into my "display" in control panel and changed figures so computer won't go into screen saver but computer still goes into standby. Instructions on the recovery say that I need to make sure that I "do not interrupt the power". If it goes into standby mode, which looks like the computer is off off wouldn't that mean that I am interrupting the power? If yes, what can I do to change that?
2. I know when I do the recovery that I will loose any music, photos, video, programs I added as well as files/documents but will I also loose all of the email I have in my inbox/sent box?
3. Is there any way to save my "favorites" and "bookmarks"? How?
4. I need to disconnect any internet connections. Are they talking about the connecting cords from my modem to my CPU?
5. And last I am supposed to disconnect any peripherals. Is that just the printer? Or does that include speakers, microphones, webcams, etc?
