I am about to buy 17" rims from an s2000 for my '02 RSX, will they work?

I saw an ad on craigslist for a set of 17" OEM S2000 rims for $200. I think it's a great deal, are all the rims the same width?
Okay, I just checked and the rear wheels are slightly wider, will it look bad on my RSX? Will it be too noticeable?
David,
1) The RSX type S has 17" wheels so I'm sure the wells will clear.
2) I can always opt for lower profile tires so they get the same diameter as the stock wheels.
3) Why would I get lots of tickets for getting different wheels?

1 will they clear your wheel wells if no no good
2 will need to change gear in trans for speedometer
or you will get lots of tickets

The S2000's rims are staggered, so the front rims are 17x7" (215/45/17 tire) and the back rims are 17x8.5" (245/40/17 tires). The back rims might stick out in the back since they aren't the same width.
