I am a very good waiter at a semi fancy place. Usually I work alone in a floor and have one girl helping me with dirty plates so on. Not doing the best job that j think could be done but anyways my boss told me to give her 10% of my tips at the end o the night which is fine last night I my boss hired another girl to help out me and the other waiter on the floor. And at the end of the night she asked us to give 10% to each helper. Isn't that too much. After all I still work my but off taking dirty plates away and bringing food out and so on. It feels like 20 % of my tips is a lot. I understand if I had them bring the food out to my tables and took most of the plates away but anyway any waiters can let me know how what to do. Or how much my helpers are supposed to help for 10 % or for 20% I might be asking to much I have no idea before this I either did 10% or just didn't have a helper
