I am not rich but i need a car. I want to get a job this summer but i don't see how i can if i don't have a car. The roads around my house aren't exactly "bike friendly" so that isn't really an option. Is it possible to get a payment plan for a car? I'm 16. Could it be in my mom's name or something? I was thinking about a car around $4,000 so they do payments plans or something for a car that cheap?
