I am a PT graduate, I would like to advance my education, any advice?

I am a graduate of PT and I am from the Philippines. I would like advance my studies and specialize in the field of geriatrics. Any suggestions where I can get my education? I am interested in studying in the US or Canada perhaps. Thanks.
