I want to know what kind of software I can get that will make like fire sounds, rain sounds, even music I can create on my own to say my poems to. Something that can help me get it all on one file also. Any good software or any recommendations... keep in mind I know nothing about making music that will be a new venture for me so I do not really want anything that I will not be able to comprehend... I am no dummy but I am not familiar to this type of software either.
