molested by her gym teacher.? She has developmental, social, behavioral, speech, and learning problems. She is in counceling. But she is smearing feces on the walls and bathroom counters and masterbating right in front of me and others, she is finally putting a blanket over herself, but it took a year to get her to quit doing it in front of everyone, all the time. Needless to say this is a very challenging situation. My question is how to act when she soes this, and how to disapline, or what type of disapline? I have tried every thing, and nothing is working, and I can not believe this is still happening. I thought it had stoped and she starts again. I am thinking I need counceling from the girls councelor on what to do and say when this happens, she litterally doesn't seem to ever quit doing all her negative behavior no matter what her mom or I ever do or say or consequences that happen to her. I'm hoping someone on here has heard of what to do in a situation like this, or if a councelor can answer this question, I really got upset tonight when it happened for the 100th (it seems) time. Please help, I am at the end of my rope and the last thing this girl needs is a new nanny. She needs stability, the mother had 6 nannies in 3 years because of the girls behavior, and I have gotten positive responces from people who know the family, on her progress and her brothers being a lot happier since I have worked here, but sometimes I don't know how much longer I can cope???
