time I was lost and could no? my uncle got me to sign custody papers by offering 50 dollars and a ride to the dope house. When we made the agreement that he was what was best for my son at that time we also agreed that when I came home and was clean and sober I would be able to re establish contact with my son. Since this time 8 years ago I have had contact on Christmas only. Not by lack of trying on my part. I call the house at least once a day only to be ignored. (my son told me this year that his uncle wont answer my calls. Someone help. I know my 15 year old wants to be with me he has told me so.Just not sure what my legal options are. O yeah. I am a student on unemployment. Uncle makes 60,000 per year. What are my options?
