tightness from the very back of my? I am a healthy 40 yr old female who likes to exercise. I have recently developed a tightness from the very back of my throat to the centre of my breast bone. Is is not too painful but, I'm certainly aware of the tightness. I go out running a lot and the tightness is worse while I'm running and breathing deeply. I now find myself shallow breathing. Any suggestions what is causing this?
