£12.77 a month? The problem is i keep getting charged at least £30-£40 extra for mobile browsing and data charges

Can anyone tell me what this means as Vodafone themselves havent explained what these are
The recent bill was £91.48 and messaging, mobile browsing + data charges were £66.78.
