a child support order? i live in california and i applied for child support about a year ago when i was having financial hardships and had a job with no benefits so i received medical. recently i got hired at a very good job that offers good medical benefits. is there any way that i can remove the child support order. i no longer need nor want the help from my ex. and also i was wondering if there was a way i could also request for sole custody and remove his parental rights since my child has never established a relationship with the father?
