B bobsacat New member Jan 27, 2011 #1 ...for 4 shifts per week.? Texas law states that nurses cannot be forced into mandatory overtime. Also if they are requiring I be available all day on the 4th shift then that is an on cal situation and must be compensated. Who is correct?
