I fasted and opened a gift shop in my home and quit my job because I really thought this is what God told me to do. Now my shop is not doing good I have no money my husband is mad at me and I feel that God is mad at me too what do i do? help me please

don't worry, you may not feel aware of him, but he is aware of you. You are being tested right now, for what,I can't say. A few years ago, I was abandoned by my family, and had to live on the street. I gave up hope and, contimplated suicide. Someone I know, who was a young man who had alot to live for, but didn't see it, beat me to it. God, and the young mans friends helped me to get the help I needed. I recently came into( and spent, lol) more money than I ever saw in my entire life( I spent over $2000 in one day! 0_o)
I did what I was "suppose" to do, rode out the storm, remembered that there were others that needed help too( I gave some back;). If I killed myself a few years ago, I wouldn't have all the good things God is giving me now. stay strong, and be the best"you" you can be, and never give up.God bless you and good luck

Pray and believe, that's all I can say, I don't know many technicalities of Christianity or how to deal with rough times like that. I've never been through anything that hasn't turned out alright.

Sometimes we all feel like God has abandon us but He never does. Actually we are the ones that give up when things don't go our way. Some times we make decisions on our own and not with God's Will! Keep the faith and keep on praying if you are sincere with God.

GOD BLESS! AMEN! SHALOM!

LMAO you are one of the biggest morons on R&S section *guffaws* you got what you deserved. srsly "god"? Hun god doesn't exist and things that doesn't exist can't want anything.

God is not mad at you - and God has not left you. Sometimes when we go through rough periods we find it harder to feel his prescense with us - but he is there. Don’t confuse God’s presence with emotional experiences invoked through circumstances you are going through right now.

The thing you must do is to draw closer to hima nd seek him out. Read scripture, pray, praise and worship.

Perhaps there is a lesson in which you are to learn from this. It is through our trials and tribulations that we are broken and where the Lord comes in to pick us to restore us. Sometimes he delivers us out of it, and other times he gives us the tools to come out of it. But the lessons learned are to be written on your heart - it is part of your remolding - it builds faith. Perhaps search the lesson out and ask God what it is he would have you take from this. Change of attitude as to the circumstances you are experiencing.

Paul gives testimony to this very thing

2 Corinthians 12
7To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. 8Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Have you never read of Job, who went through horrible times because GOD KNEW HE COULD HANDLE IT? God allowed Job to be punished by Satan, but Job had done nothing wrong.

-You should look out on what you have done, really.
-or you should look at what you may of thought God wanted for you. Sometimes people think God wants them to open up strip clubs (just an example), as a wrong interpretation.
-but if this is really what God wants for you, and if you do not give up in your faith, then He will make it work out...according to your works.

God bless, from a fellow Christian.

When God is silent, I just stand, hold on to your faith & know that God is not angry with you! Please don't lose your trust in him now, he won't let you down, we think we know when we really need the Lord, but he knows better than we ever could, he may not come when we call him, but he's always on time, so I would say to you stay focus, cont. to fellowship with the Lord, hold on to your faith because as you know the Lord honors faith, cont. to believe that you will receive & let know one make you doubt. when you feel your lowest & alone it's then that the Lord's carry you! And I will keep you & your family in my prayers, & my prayer is that the Lord not only show up but that when he shows up he will show out! God Bless you!
