I am a beginner ... my body feels loose and I have bad posture .. how to start exercising?

I am a 21 year old guy .. till now I 've never hit gym and continued with it ... I used to go to gym and then quit after like 10 days or something .. but now I seriously wish to gain some muscle and strength because now my body cannot support weak muscles ... I can't even sit properly with erect backbone for a long time ... over masturbation as a bad habit has sucked my energy .. but I don't know what exercises I should start with ??
ofcourse running ( sprinting ) , and push-up is on my list , but what else to start with ? I want to start and go at a manageable pace .. thanks a lot !
PS : I m fresh meat
