i am a active duty solider in the army i want to change my mos?

hello all i am an active duty solider E-3 and i been in the army for a year now. the mos i have chosen i want to change i am currently a 92y supply.
I want to switch over to another mos. what are the steps to change my job thanks. mature positive comments please thanks
