I am 90% sure i have a peptic ulcer. what should i do(no insurance)

A few weeks ago I had a really bad toothe ache from a tooth that needed a root canal. I ended up taking ibuprofen for about 5 days in a row and i also eat a lot of spicy foods. The last few days i've been having bad stomach pains a few hours after i eat.(once i eat i feel fine but it's not usually hunger related. it's more so if there's food to digest) after researching i am 90% sure i have a peptic Ulcer. I have read it's treatable in it's early stages with just pills but i dont have insurance. One of the pills is ratididine (acid reducer. i misspelled) which i currently have.

I also read they gave you antibiotics. I can't afford a doctors visit probably(how much would it cost uninsured anyway?) so i'm wondering if maybe i should self medicate myself with internet research assisting me?

what's a good antibiotic for ulcers?
 
i got some prilosec and rantitidine now. it also says treat with anitbiotics. i think i may be able to treat myself since they say in it's early forms it's treatable with only pills.

what antibiotics should i take? my dentist previously gave me penicillin and i still have about 10 tablets. would that be helpful?

if not, what antibiotic would you recomend?
 
Ulcers are basically caused by H.pylori bacteria(85%) and an irritation like pain pills.

The bacteria needs antibiotics(2) but ulcers caused by irritation needs to reduce stomach acid with a PPI like Prilosec.

You really should see a doctor. I understand that you don't have insurance but there must be a way. Please do not diagnose yourself by using the internet that is the wrong way to go about this. First of all if you stop and think logically even doctors don't diagnose you without performing the proper tests. the doctor may request a simple breath test or a barrium xray amongst several other tests. If you have helicobacter pylori which is bacteria in your stomach the treatment would not be only antibiotic.
It takes a combination of three prescription drugs to get rid of bacteria, one antibiotic, one anti fungal medication, and one medication that would help with the lining of the stomach. So because you don't know what you have you may even get an antibiotic through the internet and spend your money for nothing and take unnecessary medication that will probably not work anyway. The internet is great for knowledge though it cannot diagnose you.
