I am 5 days late and preg. tests are negative?

Ok well, you know the pregnancy tests you put in an applicator and they tell you "pregnant" "not pregnant" well, I keep getting told "not pregnant" but when I take the little test stick out of the applicator you cn see the dark line showing it worked and another faint line next to it. I'm just confused because the tester says negative but the stick has two lines. Has anyone had this experience? I am 5 days late for my period.
 
I would try using a different test. If you are using the digital ones, I've heard those arent as sensitive as the ones that show the single or double lines. It can also be possible that your HcG levels just arent strong enough to be detected. Wait a couple of days and try again. If you still havent had your period in 2 weeks consult your doctor to get a blood test done to see if you are indeed pregnant.
 
communicate with the test manufacturing company (the info must be on the pack) and ask them. If you are not sure about the result you can take the pregnancy blood test which can give you best answer: yes-no, with the highest accuracy. it actually can tell if you are pregnant or not from the first days after conception! it scan for the pregnancy hormone in the blood which begins to rise from the first day of the conception..

When I got pregnant 5 months ago and i did 3 tests
They all had 2 lines the control which was strong and the other was faint a line is a line, but if in doubt wait another 3 days test, and then see doctor
You expect to see a bright postitive line but it doesn't work that way
I suspect you are pregnant congrats
