I am 30 something and looking for something like fat camp?

I need to get away and loose this weight I am over weight so I thought about going to a fat camp but I can't find anything around my age group I live around colbert ok. any suggestions would be very helpful. Do not say stop eating and be rude I do not eat a lot so that's not a problem. Any program would be good
