I also know that the first week will be all water weight and i might even gain weight, I also know that you will lose muscle and that is not what i want so my next question is Is there any vitamins that i can take to stop the muscle loss and keep me healthy(Somewhat). I also know this is very unhealthy so please don't put Don't do this or blah blah because unless your in my shoes right now you have know idea what it is like to be this out of shape. Just for the record the reason for me doing this is so i can get ready for mma training and boxing this summer. Thank You for any help you have.
