I am 18, male and in need of a good home gym workout with free weights,

bike, and exercise ball.? I have played water polo and rowed and I am going to lifeguard over the summer, so I want to get in good shape by June. I can't do any sport because of a time conflict in June. I have free weights, an exercise ball, stationary bicycle and an old home gym machine. I weigh 185lbs and I want to primarily build upper body and core strength. Please suggest workout plans, I have about two hours of time that I set aside to workout. Thank you.
