i am 14 wanting to build muscle?

I am 14 med build i want to gain muscle mass not particularly strenght .i want to impress some friennds?
i really want to build up my pecs until i can bounze them i have no weights sets and i don't want to take supplements or drugs tell me a good exercise to do for a hour every day.i am 8stone and 1/2 and 5 foot 8
i don't really want to go to the gym i want to be able to do this at home and have massive pecs
 
Hows it going man, Im 14 years old aswell! I do weights everyday and am aiming to be a body builder. I know a lot about bodybuilding for my age since it has sort of run though my family with my brothers etc. If you wanna see some really great results without going to a gym, i suggest you go for daily runs 1-3km (i usually go for 4-6km runs a day.) Know the reason i do this is because you have fat which you need to burn off and tone into muscle tissue. Once you have turned the fat tissue into muscle, you also burn calories faster when excersising. The more muscle you have the more calories that get burned! Some excersises which will help you tone up and look massive compared to your friends are:
Pushups (Go for 100 a day to start off)
Sit ups ( They will build muscle tissue in the stomach)
Now if you are willing to buy a cheap set of weights just to use at home i suggest you buy a few dumbbells to do some chest excersises and arm curls to build some strength in the arms. Just remember not to go at it too hard in the first couple of weeks. Eat lots of protein because protein helps build muscle! Eating foods like fish,chicken and beef will help a lot! By doing these things im sure you will see amazing results because remember, Lifes too short to be small!!!! Good Luck mate!
 
Just try slow process

It will take 6-8 months to you to have a good shape

but dont go fast it will not give you much help
whatever you do do it calmly and with coolness ok

But one thing you can remember IT WILL STOP YOU GROWTH in HEIGHT so do workout but only the light once
you dont have to do the hard once or the difficult
