I am 14 and getting a sports physical tomorrow?

I am a girl and 14 getting a sports physical tomorrow. I am really nervous. What will they do? Will they look "down there"? And will they look at my breasts? Does my mom have to be in there? Or can she wait outside?
Also on the forms that my school gave me to take to the doctor....it lists all the things they want to be checked for. And one says genitals-hernia. What is hernia?

To be honest they will look everywhere, but you don't have to be worried at all, they're professionals. they look at hundreds of other bodies they're not gonna set yours aside to make fun of later. they'll forgot about you within the hour. :)

they will touch you in places that will make you feel wierd trust me. but keep in mind it only to make sure you're healthy. Good Luck
 
a hernia is a bulge thru the skin/thru muscle.............usually by belly button or groin.........................your worry is worse that the physical.........I think Mom s/b there.............each city has diff rules.....don't worry..over in 10 minutes or less........
