I am 12 and penis skin is a little bit red and itchy i went to 2 doctors and they said it was nothing one said it was pubic hair that made me itchy i have been sweeting down there a slot and nothing hurts but it only itches twice a day some times once. The skin isnt red on the under side only the top side tell me if im ok. PS I DO HAVE A LOT OF PUBIC HAIR A LOT
