the other day at work i got cussed out by three customers, and then once by my boss :mfinger: fuckem

I know the feeling. I had a customer once that signed up for a year contract with the ISP then was demanding his money back after 3 months because his modem broke. You can't hang up on them and you've got to be nice while trying to explain to them that they are fucked they arn't getting their money back because they signed a contract.
