I am an 18 year old girl. And I always get this weak feeling in my lower arms and hands. I notice I can't put my arm under a pillow when I sleep on my stomach because I get really uncomfortable like I have to clench my fists and lower arm muscles to feel more comfortable. Is this a circulation problem? That's what I was thinking because I can't hold my arms over my head without feeling this. If its not, do you have any idea of what it could be?
