I almost twisted my ankle....twice and now i have this weird pain?

I was messing around and slipped and the I was walking and my foot like kinda twisted i guess u could say and now it has this weird...weakish pain. What happend? Am I Ok?
I tryed to walk it off but now when i walk that muscel hurts a little and the pain has increased a little
I wanna tell my parents but too scared they wont belive me or something
So is it twisted?
 
move your ankle in circular motions it (keep doing it ,forcfully though) helps!!
