I agreed to the terms of use but i haven't verified my email address, will they charge me still if i didnt verify my email address? if i verify will they charge or not yet??
They don't charge your email address, they have to bill you somehow. I would try and contact Apple to make sure everything is okay, no one can be sure what's going on here.
