I actually got an email reply from Lovefilm, am in Shock!

Sent them an email this morning, and actually got a reply back from them an hour ago, basically I ordered Mr DeeRAB Goes To Town (The original with Gary Cooper, NOT the Adam Sandler one)... but they sent me the adam sandler one even though my rented queue clearly shows the Gary Cooper one thats dispatched according to their system.

For some reason I wasnt expecting a reply at all, based on the feedback from a few of the RAB users...
 
Hmmm. What did it say?

1. Sorry, we'll chuck in an extra three days?
2. Sorry, here's the one with Gary Cooper in it and nothing more?
 
Strangely they said both, here's the Gary Cooper one, and here's 3 days reduced off next months payment for 'turanround' time... decided to cancel with them anyway
