i accidently wrote a check for 189 dollars to wal-mart but I dont have the money

anymore? What is going to happen cause i spent the money not noticing that i used my old banks checkbook which has no money in it, but i went ahead and spent most of my money cause i thought it had cleared. please help! I cant get arrested can I, how long do i have to pay it???
 
the check will bounce, this is usually a 20-50 dollar fee. i think you have one month to pay the fee plus the 189 off. :-) you wont get arrested unless you do it more than once. lol balance your checkbook from now on!
 
dont think you will get arrested.
but there goes your credit.
and
your bank is going to be mad at you..and probably charge you for the inconvience.

they will probably just give u a bill saying u have to pay it bc u dont have the money.
