military force, and why? I know in South Park movie, there's a war with Canada, and Steve Colbert has discussed a war with Mexico after half of U.S. secedes to Mexico to form 'El Kansas'....is it our neighbors, a present friendly country, or some obscure country?
Countries for this question are recognized as such by the U.N., which means Vatican City is not the answer.
I love Scotland, and perhaps they should have independance, but they're not considered a separate country by U.N., instead part of UK.....
