Hypothetically, not that I would ever do anything like this, what would happen to this person?

Let's say I get a stout, thick metal tube. It is heavy and strong enough such that it would not be substantially unbalanced by a human body. A person gets inside this metal metal tube. Somehow this metal tube is connected to a very powerful engine such that it will spin at a very rapid rate, hundreds or perhaps 1,000s times per minute.

What would happen to the person inside spinning in that tube at 1,000 RPMs?

Suppose has a diameter of 48 inches. How would I calculate the G-forces exerted on this body based upon spin rate?
