My question is: I'm going to change the exhaust and re jet the carb on my VT 750 Aero will a hypercharger be a good fit and will it add to the hoursepower and gas milage or am I wasting my money.

well the real answer is yes... Kinda.
See to get the cheapest best kick for HP on a motorcycle, The exhaust, intake , carb and any remapping should all be done together.
If you just do the intake the exhaust cant handle the extra air and you do not get the boost, same for exhaust. (A motor really is just a air pump) but if you do exhaust and intake you also have to adjust ratio of gas to air (Jets) well anyway you get the pic.
You need to do all of it to get the boost, and so you don't create a negative effect like heat, carbon or just plain eating gas without getting a bang.

have fun !
